Hi, Martha
Have you received any word from Ducati NA when my 2005 Multistrada 1000DS tank will ship to you?
Thanks,
John

Well, that will give me plenty of time to reinstall the resprung forks and monoshock. Sheez Louise!

I picked up the tank from ESC on Friday. After three days in the garage, the B la S roared to life again today!  [bow_down] Hallelujah!
The new tank has completely cured the misalignment of the bodywork. Gazing at B la S in all its splendor, I decided to put back the PowerCard, the Leo Vince slip-ons, the CRG levers, and the ZeroG windscreen. Two large chips on the grab handle are the only obvious evidence of a past problem. A used topcase rack would probably be a good thing to replace it with....

My thoughts exactly...
Oh, ye of little faith!  >:( When I said " I decided to", that don't mean "i done it", yet!
So far I've got the B la S back to stock, except for mounting the the windscreen and plugging in the PowerCard, because to install the Leos requires getting the taillight wiring loom out of the stupid heatshield tubing for the umpteenth time, which is a half hour's work in itself. For that and the CRG levers I need more light than I had in the tomb....uh, garage at 9:00 PM last night. Besides, I Ben busy tryin' to fulfill prophesy over Hur....uh, here.  ??? Piper's respringing of the forks and shock wouldn't show anyway, except for the hideous blue RaceTech shock spring. You don't really want to see another picture of a stock MTS 1000DS, do you? Blecchhh!!!  [puke]
Patience, brethren (and sistren), the Batta la Strada will rise again in all its glory, and there will be graven imagery for the heathens [evil]....except for the QuatD ExBox contraption. :P There is no way in H-E-doublehockeysticks anyone is getting me to mess with that POS again. >:(
