May be losing my license after all. But I have an attorney on it. The ticket makes no mention of the actual speed I was going. Only that it was >20 in a 55. The DOT filed a notice to suspend saying it was a 40mph zone. I have read the code in relation to speeding tickets and it states openly that the ticketing officer has discretion in the matter but makes no mention of the DOT once it is paid.
I paid the fine under the impression that it was a non-suspendable offense. Had I known that it could be, I would have fought it.

For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to take a course that is normally 15 weeks long during a 5 week summer session... 



Just finished week 2.  Already had two lab practicals and one exam.  Mmmmm... There's nothing like dissecting a pregnant rat.  Or a cow's eyeball.
