Mostly all are...  ;D

Funny, I heard the same thing about 848's.    ;D

someone owes me a parts list for that btw  :(

^^ A parts list would be nice. A kit sans engine case would be even better.   [evil]

Just found this thread and drooled all over my laptop! Very Very nice!

A few recent pics with minor changes:

Sil moto high mount exhaust
Ditched the Corbin seat for a Sargent
DP coils
New horizontal exhaust valve ( thanks to my shop rag fiasco  :-X )

I have a few items that are pending install:
1. Cycle cat rearsets
2. Speedy moto front sprocket cover to match the open covers
3. New rear shock
4. I have a set of low mount Sil moto meggy's, maybe I'll swap 'em at some point.
5. LED rear brake light with integrated turn signals.
And a few other pieces

I'd like to get the forks hard anodized and maybe get a new set of triples from IMA.
Black ceramic coat the exhaust(s) is also in the long-term plans and wrap this project up with some FCR's and Alpina wheels (black hub with silver spokes).

You can see a nice dent at the bottom portion of my plates from the rear bottoming out.  [cheeky]

I like low megaphones a lot too. I think Magnus has my old DP ones on his 966 Monster

That looks very nice indeed.

...however, consider replacing the Pirelli Phantoms you have fitted, they are now getting on a bit and were the most confidence sapping tyre I've ever used even when they were new, I now use Angels  instead and its like a new bike again though the choice is yours pretty much anything else will be an improvement.

Hmmm....I'll have to find some time to fit the low mounts on. I'll snap some pics and post up for more feedback. Reason I went with the high mounts was to showcase those spokies, the low mounts block the rear wheel a bit more than I like.

Thanks, yes they do come unglued quite easy. I can't imagine what they would feel like with more torquey motor than my lil 750.
Here's what I have in mind.

Alpina wheels + pilot powers

Maybe they'd do them in half blue & half polished! [bacon] [bacon] [bacon]
Huuuuge weight loss! (huge weight loss for your wallet, too)

Great looking bike! +1 on the low mount Sil's

Who'd you source the oil lines from?

For the low mounts, the ones I had were the DP ones - they were not light, but they looked "just right" as far as classic reverse megaphones from the old era ducs (mine were the matte silver finish and Magnus has since gotten them coated black for even better looks, ... i think its magnus)

the dp ones were frankly quite 'heavy' and awesomely loud.  The sils look a bit different BUT would weigh at least half as much (maybe even less than that).   Only concern is that Sil is in receivership/bankruptcy right now.   Not a great time for the motorcycling industry, globally.
