According to the 1098 forums, the 848 dry clutch slipper will be about $1500

I heard that the non factory wet clutch to dry clutch conversion runs around $2K and is not necessarily a slipper clutch and that price may not include labor.  $1500 dry clutch conversion with a slipper clutch and case cover may be a relative bargain.  Happy days ahead.

We were fueling up at a truck stop today, and had the most entertaining conversation with a truck driver. He was checking out the bikes on the trailer, and told me that he liked my 1098S, but that he was going to buy an R. "I know that they are expensive," he slurred, "but I think that I can come up with the $12k to buy one. What was yours? About $10k?"   

He didn't believe me when I told him that a 1098R retails for $40k...

Unfortunately family game night is postponed till tomorrow night.  But it's deff going down tomorrow!  Bonnie had some studying to do tonight for a big test tomorrow and the kids and I have the house to ourselves   (sure it will be clean when you get back from your mom's in the morning)

What games do you play?  Back when I was a kid my family used to play the normal card games, spades and whatnot, but I always like Monopoly best

Monopoly is Jade's favorite, but tonight was suppose to be Guitar Hero on the Wii.  Tomorrow is the day that I check Bonwilder into the smack down hotel........if you smell what the rock is cookin........   Guitar Hero night...It's on like Donkey Kong till the break of dawn.
