Brake/Clutch banjo bolt interference

Ok everyone I need some help with my brake/clutch banjo bolts.  I have a 2001 M600 and just installed some clip-ons and decided to lower my clocks at the same time.  I cannot get my brake/clutch banjo bolts back on without putting a ton of stress on the lines.

For those with clip-ons and clocks mounted below the triple tree, what did you do about your brake/clutch banjo bolts?  What would be ideal is to get some banjo bolts without the bend.

I did a search on here but didn't see much advice.  Here are the recommendations I could think of:

1) Buy a straight banjo bolt and see if someone local could put the new banjo bolts on the existing brake lines.  I haven't done the research yet to see if someone can do this.

2) Order new lines from Spiegler but I heard they are expensive.

3) I read on here that you can use the lines from the SS?  Does anyone have any more info on this?

4) Any other options?

The bracket on the brake side is something I am working on.  Trying to fabricate a mount for my KTM Superduke headlight.  The bracket is only going to accentuate the problem.

depending on the length of those, i would flip the banjo end 180 degree (so the hose points upwards) and then run it between the gauge mounts going downward.

I like the thought, but this would put my brake/clutch lines right across the top of my gauges.  It would probably block my view of the gauges.

Your bike has a single front brake, yes?

I'm not sure there are any SS or other models with that set up...

With only one line, no split joint, and only two banjos - I doubt that even a custom line will run you over $100 all included.

That is right... I only have a single front brake.  I would also need a new clutch line as well though.

Not sure.  Interesting idea.  I wonder if the banjo bolts are the same size on both sides.  I'll take a look tonight when I get home.

Order a set of bar spacers from Monsterparts and be done with it.

You can indeed swap the clutch line end-for-end.

Check the hose routing before you decide, turn the bars full lock each side.

Maybe I am a complete dummy.  Can you explain to me how these would improve my problem?  I am not sure how it would help me since my coffin reservoirs have no trouble clearing the clip-on mounts.

Thank you for the clarification.  My clearance issue is with the banjo fitting, not the banjo bolt.  I seem to remember that the other side of my clutch line has a straight fitting so that should work.  I cannot remember what the other fitting looks like on my front brake.  I will have to look tonight.

Yeah...I thought the issue was the banjos fouling on the riser/mount.

You're hitting the gauges.
