personally....I would wait till he got out of the car and THEN pull away....it would take him time to catch up if he still insisted on pursuing and if he really then kept pursuit....well...shows his intent moreso!

Why did the rider apologize to the guy?  Submissive personality or did something else indeed transpire before the camera was rolling?

Exactly why I would want to see the previous five minutes or so. My first instinct if I have done nothing wrong isn't to say sorry.
