I'd like to talk to that a hole that wrote that article.

Article calls rider "careless" in title but then in the body only speculates that he "may" have cut off driver (i.e., author has no idea what happened) and then says "man dangerously cuts off the bike".  Just another example of some people's natural prejudice against bikers and assumption of being careless/wreckless/etc.  Sad.
