Yup.  About 2 years now.  182,000kms on it.

This was the easiest to maintain vehicle I have ever owned.  Every single thing on the truck could be removed (including the body) with the on-board tool kit and a couple of army grunts guys named Hans.  It is a 1972 Swiss Military Styer Puch Pinzgauer.  Shift on the fly 4x4, shift on the fly high and low ranges, hydraulic lockers, portal axles and 19 inches of ground clearance.  Four inches of axle travel so you drove it like a tank, literally.  Among enthusiasts they are also called HumVee Recovery vehicles.  During an interview Lee Iaccoca (Chairman of Chrysler) was asked about the Humvee being the most competent 4x4 on the planet. He replied "Nope, that would be the Pinzgauer".  Not a bad truck for being built in 1972 and sold the the Swiss (and other) Military for a mere $100,000 each.  Air cooled!

I sold the truck at a profit (Rare for me) but I will miss it forever.  I have driven it through five feet of powder, crossed four foot deep rivers and climbed up redwood trees.  I am exaggerating about the trees but it truly was the off road beast of all time.  Enjoy the pics check out videos on you tube by searching Pinzgauer.

why, in the US of A does Toyota put in national ad marketing ( in a predominantly English speaking country) a spanish catch/tag line of "Vayamos Juntos"?

..was serviced at the usual Ford delaer on Friday for its 180K.

Today... Tuesday... I'm back at the same Ford dealer waiting for them to find the time to take another look at it.  Engine starts....  no CEL...  but only delivers around 20% power - I was barely able to get out of my driveway this morning...  if I persist it eventually - after several kms of limping along - discovers the remaining 80% and comes good... at the same time as proudly proclaiming "engine malfunction"  [bang].

Guessing that's a rhetorical question since even a distant Alien such as myself can work that one out.

Fixed.  They weren't very forthcoming as to the cause.  I take that as an admission  ;)

Perhaps they had forgotten to re-align the spurving bearings.

Naww, I bet they forgot to align the carbon weep hole with the slope of the geeb.
