money=    but not the big issue
time off=    cool but no w/o faults
staff= friendly  major plus but not w/o faults


having said all of that my wife said "no thank you!" she said that by them being as short-handed as they are it puts her medical license and lives in danger. neither of which she wants to be on the losing end of. to many patients and not enough nurses is a dangerous combo. the funny part is she told them her answer this morning and they have called twice already trying to change her mind.
